Frank Ward is such a fantastic realtor. We used him when we first moved to Florida and again as we sold our house this year. He is knowledgeable about the market and had excellent insight into pricing strategy. He gave us very helpful feedback as we prepped our house to sell that really helped to attract buyers. When we received offers, he was very transparent about how the offer would impact what we were hoping to net and had great suggestions for negotiation. Overall Frank is a down to earth realtor, genuine and cares about his clients. In fact, when the title company of the house we sold made a significant error on wiring funds to our new title company, Frank stepped in and had a contact at the title company he was able to connect with on a Friday evening. Thanks to Frank's connections and his devotion to his clients, we were able to get resolution over a weekend when we otherwise would have had to wait till Monday. Most agents don't go to this level.
