Frank Ward is such a fantastic realtor. We used him when we first moved to Florida and again as we sold our house this year. He is knowledgeable about the market and had excellent insight into pricing strategy. He gave us very helpful feedback as we prepped our house to sell that really helped to attract buyers. When we received offers, he was very transparent about how the offer would impact what we were hoping to net and had great suggestions for negotiation. Overall Frank is a down to earth realtor, genuine and cares about his clients. In fact, when the title company of the house we sold made a significant error on wiring funds to our new title company, Frank stepped in and had a contact at the title company he was able to connect with on a Friday evening. Thanks to Frank's connections and his devotion to his clients, we were able to get resolution over a weekend when we otherwise would have had to wait till Monday. Most agents don't go to this level. Just one of the many reasons we continue to work with Frank and John R. Wood. All experiences have been 5 star and we highly recommend Frank to anyone seeking a realtor!

Frank was the absolute best person that could’ve handled our sale. He kept us informed through the entire process and always reassured us. Frank was absolutely amazing to work with! I know that our house isn’t the typical price point for this company but we always felt like a priority with Frank. This was our first time selling and we’re very nervous about finding the right person to help us.
